Get your [[Collection Jars]] ready to go. You'll need 20-30% of the volume of your wash in collection jars. And have a larger container around in case you go over for some reason. Before you start get your still in place and understand where the distillate is going to come out and how you are going to switch out jars, how they are going to be held in place, where you are going to place them when full. Do a dry run of the jars to see how the entire run will go. Swap them out to make sure you have enough room for all of them.
