As a fellow n00b, I feel your pain Austin. My best friends here so far has been using Google to search this place and being patient weeding through results. If you are using the forum's search engine, I highly recommend using something else. http://www.google.com/search?rls=en-us&q=site:http://h...

Re: My stupidest idea ever?

Interesting thought. Seems like more effort than it is worth though. Any idea what it would cost to do the work or have the work done? I haven't used my horizontal offset nor my ECB smokers since building my UDS last summer. You can't beat them for fuel efficiency and simple temp control. This was a...

I noticed a theme on here about how many of you try to disguise your identity so I am curious. How many of you are using an anonymous proxy server to view this forum. The internet is not anonymous as most assume.

Gonna see if I can weasal some fibre out of this little experience. They just got a 5 million dollar grant to for it. Fiber is the new hotness. My local podunk telco brought it to my house a few years ago and we love it. 15mbps down and 7mbps up and very reliable as long as they keep their bonehead...

Howdy!

I am fermenting my first ever batch of pickles and have plans for some sauerkraut. To see what else can be fermented food-wise I did a search on Google and stumbled across this website. Being a huge fan of bourbon, my attention was captured immediately. Thanks for having me!
