Thanks for all the advice guys.

At this stage, everything from the fermentation is running smoothly.

I am stirring it once a day and pushing all the pieces more to the bottom.

Will see how it turns out ;)

1Day - Update: Thanks for all the great feedback everyone. I checked the fermentation bucket this morning and its bubbling away nicely, so that is always a good sign, hehe.
