look in preparing a wash, fruit, using potatoes part

theres a bit of debate about this, im from england n i know a few irish people n as far as we all know potchine (forgive my spelling) was actually made with potatoes, this is even in some irish folk songs.

Just planted a a good 50 or so plants of my own out back in the vege plot :D these wont be going near the table, and here 25kg of taties will cost £3.99 (sugar being £1 a kilo)

I make potato vodka for a living. It is a highly effective way of fermentation. Good luck.

It takes alot of taters. I was told that you get around .05SG per lb per gallon. That means for a wash of 1.060 you need 12 lbs of taters per gallon. You are getting .045SG/lb/USG with dextrose or sucrose.
