Hi gang,
I've been quietly lurking these forums for a while and thought I would register so I can join in on the fun on occasion.
I live up in the Great White North (Canada)...yes, we drink more than just beer up here! I've been stilling and wine making for a couple of year now and the one thing that I've learned is that you NEVER stop learning...which is why I like reading these forums and benefiting from the knowledge of people with MUCH more experience than I have.
Looking forward to chatting with you all....
Cheers!
MIAD

Re: Hello to you all
Thanks for the welcomes!
Wolf...I'm running a simple pot still, nothing grand or fancy but it's served me well...I've been toying with the idea of building one sometime in the future. The one I have keeps me in good spirits (yes, there's a BAD pun intended in there) so I'm not in a huge rush.
Bushman...I'm in central canada...I scoot down to visit you good folks now and then to do some shopping. One of these day's Canada will "grow up" and get some of the FUN stores that you guys have down there!
