got this damn wisdome tooth pulled today . glad to be done with it. got a script
for loratab 10-500. says 1 evry 4hrs. all i can do is slobber an snoor.
that stuff would make a gun shot to thhe gut a inconvince.

slow down there brother. That slobberin tellin you you've had bout enough. Directions should say q4h PRN (every 4 hours AS NEEDED). When the pain becomes a bit of a nuisance then take another one. Ten mg of Hydrocodone is a lot of narcotic for someone that has not been taking narcotics (ie opiate naive). Over time your body becomes accustomed to the drug and the affects are less. Not only are you zonkers but your breathing has become shallow reducing your oxygen content in the blood making you feel even more groggy. Your gastrointestinal tract will slow WAY down and you will become constipated and begin to have to deal with a whole list of other discomforts. Be sure to drink plenty of liquids (not liquor) while taking the meds. Use the meds as they are prescribed but refrain from abusing -- you'll be a'ight.
