Hello, just stumbled across the site and found some good information. new to the area, but thought i would look around and see how easy/difficult the process is. my big question is if you make a 3-4 run, what do you cut the product with once it is 190ish proof? do you cut it with water, or make "apple pie"? can you infuse the product with orange peel or other natural flavors? looking forward to reading of your experiences and sharing mine. Welcome to the forum, your cuts are made with water as far as infusing neutral it depends on your taste. Infusion can be done with more than just fruits if you do a Google search you will find a ton of infused vodka drinks.

personally, i dont cut my neutral to 40% at all, instead i have a pub measure i have filled with ball bearings so it only gives 10ml, and then add fruit juice or coke to taste.

but i can see why people do. it's easy to drink too much of this stuff.
