Houston
Hello from Houston, Well I’ve been brewing beer and wine for a while now and with very good success. I have found this forum while researching the distilling process. Distilling is something I wanted to do for some time. I’ve been all over this forum and have learned a lot and much more learning to go. I have many books on the subject and it consumes most of my thought. I’m going to purchase a 15 gallon SS with reflux tower. I hope that with your help I can get the answers to my questions as they come. Looking forward to chatting and starting this venture. I saw the recipe for sweat feed whiskey that one sound scrum dittlely umpshus. Ferment on Thanks. Heads-or-Tails
