Hello fellow research partners,
I found this website about a month ago and I can't keep away. I just registered today when I saw a question in the classifieds that I had an answer for. I have been brewing beer for a number of years and figure it's time to take it to another level. My beverage knowledge that is. I enjoy building my own hardware whenever I can so I have been looking around for some materials and have been shocked by the price of copper. I picked up some 2" SS tubing at the scrap yard last week for $2 / lb so I think I will be working with stainless steel instead of copper. Anyway, this site is awesome. It's really cool to find so many enthusiasts who are so willing to share their knowledge.

Welcome to the forum, my first build was with 2" copper but with the price my next build is 4"SS, good luck and like PP says we love pics!
