is 20 oz thick enough for a pot still?

20 oz would be .027" thick. For those like me that don't know the oz thickness scale.

Not from experience but have plans and have read some using 16 oz, i would think it all depends on how big, the biggest one that I have plans for is 8 gallons, and to think about it once it is all soder together it will be pretty solid.
