PTFE Tape Question
hey all, just been doing some research on PTFE tape(I liked the look of the "Everlasting Gasket"
), however I noticed on the wikipedia page that Green coded tape is "oil free". just wondering if green is the way to go or if it makes no difference if their oiled or not.

Re: PTFE Tape Question
Metal, you want 100% pure PTFE, I wouldn't want anything with oil added

Re: PTFE Tape Question
I personaly would stick with white. I use high density white. Get it through our hardware supply guy at work. But you should be able to get it at any plumbing supply.
It'snotsocoldnow.
