Post by Devonhomebrew »

Ive found a problem ive mixed up 1 gallon peach schnapps. And well ive still got 1L of raw spirit left it was a bird watchers wash cant taste that tomato unnless i drink the tails which i wont hahahaha. What can i do with it ive also mixed me some nice apple pie ohhh boy is it smooth. Should i just mix up some more apple pie or should i do something else. I dont like oak aged spirits very much so i dont wanna oak it.

Birdwatchers wouldn't be good on oak anyway. And its not a rum either. Well technically it could be called a rum. But it doesn't have the rum flavors in it. So a spiced rum would end up being a spiced vodka.

Peach pie? You could try the fire piss. But 60% is lower then what I use. Not sure what would come of it? It would work just don't know how much time it would need to get the flavors. It could work just fine? Adjust the dilution ratio.

Lemoncelo? There are so many other things to try. Have your pick.
