Free still!
Moderators I might have this in the wrong place. Feel free to move or do what ever you like with this. If you think it is stupid erase it.
If money was not an issue and space was not an issue (for your home use only) what pot and column type would you have? Your skill level is not important. Santa Clause is leaving it under your tree tell him or show him a pic of what you want.
Thanks for your input.

I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather have Santa Claus leave me the world's experience and knowledge of fermenting and aging- its my unexperienced opinion that the still aint the key; its the mash, ferment, cuts -n- aging. So the still I'd pick is the one that came with the master who would answer questions about the before -n- after running it.
Oh, wait. I've got that here.
Never mind

Right now I drive a Nixon Stone offset 2" column with a 3" condenser 28 gallon boiler, Ford F350. If I had my choice (Staying hobby sized) I would like a 4" flute.
I'm glad Santa knows where I live!

Re: Free still!
If the bearded fat man was droppin it off for free...I'd go with something so rediculously big I'd need a thermo nuclear reactor to heat it!
I'm talkin', it requiring a worm laying in the Pacific ocean and the Pacific getting hot on a strip run!
Heck I'd need the Atlantic to ferment with and the Pacific for cooling.
One run would need the combined grain from Saskatchewan AND Manitoba!
So there....

So there....

Numerous 57L kegs, some propane, one 220v electric with stilldragon controller. Keggle for all-Grain, two pot still tops for whisky, a 3" reflux with deflag for vodka. Coming up, a 4" perf plate column. Life is short, make whisky and drag race!
