Banana Brandy?
I just made some great tasting peach brandy and was thinking about making a batch with bananas. Has anyone ever tried it and are they willing to share the recipe?

I did this exact same thing banana brandy. Turned out great. And had a banana smell not so much of a flavor .it will turn into a moosh once it starts fermenting and all banana will float to the top so leave yourself double to triple headroom as a normal fermentation. Just a heads up.
