Whats your bad low ride?

Post by Cardinalbags »

I was reading ThrownOlives post on getting his motorcyle license. Got me to thinking. Whats everyone riding out there for their iron horse?

I'm a cowboy, on a steel horse I ride, Wanted... Wanted dead or alive.......

I've got a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600, 2005 version which was the first year with the new streamlined contours for the bike. I was eyeing them up for a couple years but once I saw the new bikes I went out the next week and picked one up.

I did the CadMan mod to the air intakes (detailed in the Delphi forums Nomad Section) which opens up the air intake by a factor of about 500% open area.... Power commander and dyno tuning to match the increased air flow capacity.

I like the comment that some one used on the forum.... their bike was compared to a time machine..... I get that. I call mine my personal drug. There is nothing out there for high blood pressure or anxiety or any other stress disorder that works better than getting on my bike and heading out on a curvy highway.

My Grandpa used to say. Don't argue with an idiot, because he will just drag you down to his level then beat you with experience.
He also used to say. I didn't say it was your fault. I just said that I was blaming you.
