From newbie to newbie, listen to these guys. They know what they are taking about, I see at least one of their names on damn near every topic I read.
And they are right. If you had have done all the reading needed you would know the answer to this question.
The way I see it. There are only three options for storing/transporting alcohol at any proof for any length of time. Glass, stainless and, if you feel so inclined, an oak barrel.
It has been said many times in many posts that plastic is a no no anywhere near your finished product.
