Energy shot nutes?

Post by T-Pee »

I was looking at the ingredients on a bottle of Kirkland (Costco) energy shot. It has:
Niacin, a BIG dose of B12, B6, folic acid and a couple of other things that seem relatively benign.

Any one used any of this stuff for a wash/mash nute? It would seem the yeasties would thrive on it.

I've tossed a Super B-Complex tablet and a 400mg magnesium tablet in a sugar wash. Only problem with the pill form was the gelatin skin didn't dissolve. Seemed to be okay tho

Try two separate washes, one with the energy nute. and one without and see what the difference in time and taste would be.
