I ran 2 gallons of vinegar threw it the 3 days ago with no water in the condenser
I went down today and put 2 gallons of heads and tails in it today for the cleaning run and the first 3 ounces came out blue

Re: Blue shine
That's why we recommend a sacrificial alcohol run. And you probably didn't rinse the vinegar out of the still good. Before you let it sit waiting for the alcohol cleaning run.
It's best to do a water only run directly after the vinegar run. To get any remaining vinegar out of it.

Vinegar is an acid. If any is left on the copper. It will turn it green/blue. So you have to get it all out. And not let it sit on the copper. There is a thread about new still cleaning. Follow it. Don't add vinegar to the sacrificial alcohol run.
1 do a vinegar cleaning run.
2 rinse really well with hot water. Or the hottest you can get.
3 do a plain water cleaning run.
4 rinse again with clean water.
5 sacrificial alcohol cleaning run.
6 rinse again with clean water.
7 do an alcohol run. This may or maynot be a keeper. Depends on how clean you got it.
If the sacrificial alcohol run still comes out nasty. You haven't gotten it clean enough. First part of the run may be nasty. But if all of it is then you need to clean it more. All depends on how much flux was used. How much got baked on. What type.

Re: Blue shine
I made some blue shine once it was the carbon from the filter, but in your case I suspect the sealing tape or possibly an oil coating on the tubing
