I know that a molasses wash has a lot of unfermentables thus not giving a correct sg reading relating to the ABV.
So how can I measure my ABV of my fermented wash?

SG - FG. The I fermentables that throw off your reading at the start will still be there to throw it off in the same way at the end. You probably won't be able to get an exact number. But it will be close enough

Easy, calculate the fermentable sugars in the molasses. It should say right on the label.
Once you know how much sugar is in you molasses, there are calculators on the parent site to figure the SG.

my recipe is half sugar and half molasses . I can usually get to 1.010 and under in less than 5 days. if I let it finish out for a few more days it will finish and clear to 1.00ish . my sg is 1.07/8 or so doing 5 gallon batches

Bearriver - it doesn't state the fermentable sugars on the label. I have seen somewhere on here how much fermentable sugar molasses has.
Rager - I will use the same recipe. Molasses and sugar.
So if I start with 1.094 and finish with 1.014 that makes it 0.080 (SG -FG)
How does that relate to my finished wash?

ABV = (SG-FG)*129
Your wash is about 10.3% alcohol.

From the 1st law of alcodynamics:
P = /\g*0
Purity (ABV) = delta g (change in gravity) x 0 (theta, the coefficient of fermentation, 129.42671)
P = (1.094 - 1.014)*129
P = 0.080*129
P = 10.32% ABV
Skol,
