Hi there,
I'm new to home distilling. Have done four rum runs with varying results. I would like to get a bit more sophisticated in my process

Howzit boet. I have also had lots of variation in my rum attempts. My first run was with fancy mollasses from the pharmacy. Then I discovered that the co-ops sell 25 liters of molasses as horse feed for R5/ liter. It was a game changer. Read lots and Enjoy!
