Hi,

I'm from South Africa. I've been distilling a few years, generally use a 25 gal copper pot still when distilling. Here in South Africa it is legal to distill for home consumption as long as you register the still and pay a yearly fee of $1. I'm a avid homebrewer and make wine in small batches.

Most of my washes are peach based as I have a few trees that do very well. I also do corn sour mashes and every now and then run a failed batch of beer through the still...
