Thanks everyone. I plan on a 4" TC Ferrule as a fill/clean out. I think I will get to it tonight after work. Hope to have this thing done and get my cleaning runs done soon. Also a expansion chamber to go on it as well. Cheer's

I'd want that darling on show at all times, polished and waiting for visitors to admire and comment on, not hidden away in a shed.

I will run SSS for my sacrificial run and I'm thinking All Bran for the first keeper run.... I really enjoyed making this lil boiler. I should be able to run 5gal in it with plenty of headroom. Thanks for all the kind words. Cheer's

Was hoping to get rained out again today and put Lil Ugly thru the paces... But looks like I'm not going to get to it today... Hopefully this weekend.....

I did find a bunch of fittings and stuff in my basement that I had forgotten I have... Will probably make a thumper connection for it as well... And need to finish up the expansion chamber. Cheer's

When I started this... I didn't really have a plan.. I thought it would be pretty Ugly.... But it is very pleasing to my eyes.. The next one will be EPIC... Here is a few more pictures
