I did a run last night and actually kept track of what was happening, heres the log...idk if its going to be what your looking for...
I ran it with the cold finger. And the wash never finished fermenting cause im experimenting with corn syrup solids and have screwed up the last few ferments.
After heat up:
35 mins in: 250ml @ 150p
60 mins in: 250ml @ 144p
95 mins in: 250ml @ 128p
118 mins in: 250ml @ 100p
148 mins in: 250ml @ 72p
170 mins in: 250ml @ 50p
190 mins in: 250ml @ 40p
End
Total in Liters: 1.75L
So turns out the post above was way off in times and everything. I was excited and over estimating everything. Either way though, Im happy with the results, even though it did take me over 3 hours to get that out of a 5 gallon setup. But that does not matter, when I still, I dedicate the whole day to it. As far as cooling goes, it still works great, the cooling water never gets too hot, and the cold finger stays barely warm, the condenser has a nice even temp gradient. Im pleased with the design.

Not sure of the overall dimensions of your concentric condenser but I can’t see needing a cold finger in it. As others have stated that would be counter productive.
My concentric is 14 inches tall and on a LM/VM combination still head can produce 1000 ml every 15 - 20 minutes on a 2” column 48 inches tall. At that speed the reflux condenser is still knocking down all vapor.
If the concentric isn’t knocking down all of the vapor you could try extending the top of the eccentric and putting the cold finger in the extension. I would extend the outside size tubing to decrease vapor speed.

I find reflux works better if cooling water is warmer. This results in the condensed ethanol falling down the column being warmer.
Think of it like this. If what falls back into your packing is to cold it will cool things off to much causing everything in the column to condense and fall back to the pot. Where it has to start over rather than refluxing in the column.
