Returning after long illness- hooray

Post by symphony »

Home Distillers !
I am back. I got my pot still in 2017 and learned everything here on Homedistiller. Gradually created a nice sour mash culture as I the basis for my 80 proof whiskey. Lots of fun tasting output when making cuts into the collection of Mason jars.

Unfortunately I caught corona virus early 2020. Nearly died. Long hospitalization, and still slowly recovering.

Life is good - and unpredictable.

My old account had the same username, but when I came yesterday to login the site said “no such user.” I had to create a new account, but I used the former SYMPHONY username.

Thanks everyone.
I have a 10 gallon STILLZ copper pot which makes the installation easy and the product very clean. I must clean up my fermentation buckets next
