Hi from London.
I am just starting out distilling. I have had decades of brewing and fermenting experience. I have also had a temu still sitting in the loft for some time. Now at last i have a pal with distilling experience so am getting my stuff together to give it a go.
I am commencing a 75 litre wash soon enough. See how it goes. In the meantime I will be here a lot, reading.
Many thanks
