did 2 runs on a rudimentary home depot / wife's potato pot special ( Stripped a 5 gal wash made from dextrose / maltose ) --tastes pretty good , added a few oak chips today and can see the "Whiskey" color , ( very off the cuff so far )
second batch created today ... should be bubblin soon( 11lbs total { 4# confectioners sugar, 4# corn sugar / dextrose , 3# light malt {maltose} --distillers yeast )

after the first two runs / strip & finish and thanks to this site I can see the benefit of better designs
will probably convert the turkey fryer to something more useful

--something that does not need snow to cool the condenser.

different Boilers that ppl use. / using flour at the moment on a pot for a seal and it is not ideal..
If you have ideas about sealing mechanisms I'd love to hear them... ( Using flour / tinfoil & clips now )
