Stalked a Ferguson truck for a while. I thought about asking if they needed help unloading and accounting for their materials...I would only take one 20ft stick -- well, I might Russian doll a few together

I was at a customers the other day. When they took me back to the truck I was working on. It was surrounded by 2 pallets of 2" 20' 1 pallet of 4" 1 pallet of 3". They had to move them so I could get to the truck. I slipped up and said. You can just put that in my van. The guy looked at me for a second. Then said. You know no one will take that for scrap. I caught myself and replied. Yeah your right. Knowing damn well I have two scrappers that would give me more then the going rate. And really it wouldn't ever make it that far to begin with.

Oh and there were stacks of pallets of all the other sizes too. It was really hard to concentrate on my job.

LOL, I bet. Heck, I drive a stick...didn't downshift correctly so damn near stalled my car after I snapped the photo and the light changed. I waved and smiled at a driver that was giving me the stink-eye.

Nice variety of what looks like 6inch, 4inch, 3inch, 2inch and some 1.5inch. I am imagining there would be a plethora of fittings in some of those boxes on that truck as well.
