Ujssm and sweet feed mix in 5 gallon barrel
I have two 5 gallon ferments going with one of them ujssm and one is sweetfeed. After distilling them I am adding them into a Gibbs 5 gallon barrell and will let it sit till it's done. I love the taste of the mix so I know it will be good. The question I have since I'm mixing it anyway if I have a half gallon or so of left over beer of sweetfeed can I just add that the ujssm beer and run it together or will that screw up the universe.

You can. Whether it alters the flavor or not. Is a different question. And how much it alters it. Is another. Only one way to find out.

Re: Ujssm and sweet feed mix in 5 gallon barrel
when i had sweet feed [out now] i always did a 50/50 mix corn/sf ujssm style. very good profile and xtremely smooth. only thing was i had to let it age a little longer to get it that way. its worth doing
today marks the dawn of a new error.
