Mixing different batches for spirit run

Post by 1965 wite »

I have about three quarts from a turbo yeast sugar wash practice stripping run that doesn't taste horrible. I also have 6 quarts from a few of my corn mash strippers that is pretty tasty. I was thinking about combining all of it for a spirit run. I am not after a really flavorful end result but I don't want to ruin my corn whiskey. Has anybody ever tried this or should I just toss the turbo yeast quarts?

I wouldn't ruin a corn run by adding turbo anything.

I would save it and all the feints from your corn runs. Then add all that together. And do a run with all feints and the turbo crap.
