Controller wiring

My current plan for my new 50l boiler is a simple plug in controller to a 2000w element, potentially upgradable to 3000w. Plugged into a normal service output (20 amp breaker).
I have 25amp rated wire for future proofing on my 240v mains.

But then I look at an unused oven connector point, basically three bare wires for wiring into a stove sticking out of the wall.
Its an eyesore basically, and unused but it has a 50amp breaker unused by any other appliance and gives me room to expand my elements power...
I have a couple of options, get a power point installed (or do so myself) so the controller can simply be plugged in there, or to wire the controller in directly?
I'm not an electrician but I trust myself working with 240v and to do a safe job, but would like the voice of experience and maybe an electrician to help out!
Of course safety is a priority, especially in an apartment.

While I'm asking questions, what is the thread size for your elements? I've read about 1" threads that are actually 1 1/4".
I have in front of me the locally available element with a matching coupling labeled 1 1/4" but exactly zero of its dimensions fit that dimension.
Its internal diameter is 1.55", is this a larger thread than the Camco elements you all use?
In other words if I order a nice low density element will it fit?

Would a strip connecter be suitable? I can get one rated to 30A and would provide a protective housing.

I'm using 1.25" element. I would install wall socket for connection but it can be done with connector that you posted.

I would install a receptacle so you can plug your system into. That way you can remove for cleaning
There are different thread sizes on water heater elements.
1 inch is the most common for HD use.

Do not use your existing 50 amp stove outlet.if your running 110 v 20 amp you need a 20 amp single pole circuit #12 copper wire. If you hook up a single pole circuit to a double pole breaker it may not trip in an emergency.

Thanks for the advice guys, superdaveva, I have single phase 240v ( I think that's the term!).
I think Ill go with the standard 16a wall plug for now and look towards a larger element and a heavier amp plug and point in the future if I cant stand the heat up time.
