Anyone ever used DADY distillers yeast and how did you like it.
You know your an alcoholic when you have your own still, mash your own grain and distill your own likker, but you don't care!!! A.A. is for quitters.

The only laws worth breaking are the ones that don't make sense!

A lot of people use it. A few searches will find many posts about using it.

Personaly the times I have tried it. It failed miserably on me. But I got a bad batch. And haven't bought more to mess with it again.

DADY is a very reliable workhorse. In my experience it will allow pitching temps up to 100f and finish quickly and cleanly given the right mash.
Anything over 90f seems to me to produce a few off flavors but 90f- it carries the character of bakers yeast. Just alot quicker.

DADY is the only yeast I use for my AG's.
