Organization of Tried & True?

I see Tried and True filled with a few nice recipes, methods, & mashes.
I know there is only 52 topics there, but in the future if there were more, it would seem beneficial to organize them in sub-forums.

Subforums
- Mashes
(UJSM, NChooch's Carolina Bourbon, etc...)
- Flavoring
(Strawberry Panty-Dropper, Prarie's fire piss, etc..)

Small thing that would make for finding things easier in the future, but not necessary.

The forum Mod's have been working hard cleaning up threads, always nice to have suggestions.

You'll notice that some of the "Tried and True Recipes" are now stickied and locked. These are abbreviated (abridged) versions of the recipes - condensed down to essential posts so that members can get the gist of the recipe without having to read through pages and pages of posts that may not contain pertinent information. The old discussion thread is still intact and that's where further discussion of the recipe can be posted. At the end of each of the condensed recipes you will find a link to the matching discussion thread.

It's a slow process to work through each recipe. The goal is to eventually get through all of the T&T list of recipes.

Another subcategory might be enzyme recipes for all of us using them.
Planning on posting my breakfast bourbon once it's finalized ( 52% flaked corn 48% flaked oats)
