My name is Daneel Du Preez from South Africa.
I have been looking at becoming a distiller and thought this might be the place to start.
I don't have a still yet, I thought I would come here and read up on the subject before I take the plunge and build one.
I hope to learn allot and suck up some knowledge from the pro's.

Welcome Daneel from a fellow Saffer. You are in the right place. Read a lot here and do watch out for fokelore at home.
