Hello and thank you for the knowledge tank.
I'm fairly new to distilling but have over 30 years working as a chef.
I'm constantly striving to create liqueurs and very keen to learn from those willing to share their experiences.

Welcome! Massive respect for you as a chef. It’s a tough job that I would not want to do for 30 years.

What liqueurs are you most interested in creating?
