Introduction
Hi, I'm pretty much a total newbie to distilling but looking forward to it very much! Have done some brewing and have a small start up 2l copper still for gin. I'm based in the UK, so alsos trying to understand and navigate the licensing...any help there would be much appreciated

You'll find answers or people to answer pretty much any question here in the right forum. First steps are to start with the required reading section (below) and read till your eyes bleed. When you come up for air, you'll have some good answers, and some good questions.
