goodness gracious... it was a joke... :crazy: A joke that I shouldn't have typed... :silent: and by the way, i've seen pictures of what alcohol vapor does to a aluminum boiler.... it won't last... think the pictures were on this site somewhere a few months back... anyha.. just use copper or stainles...

The mead turned out fine after sitting for a while... it had a bitter taste to it at first but it seems to have died out and has a mellow citrus taste with no bite if that makes any sense..... anyhow... think it was 18 bottles to start... down to about 10 now... lol... gunna try to hold the rest unt...

Hogs are everywhere in the south now a days... I hunt mostly in Louisiana..but do a bit in Alabama and in Texas also... and every place I go seems to have hogs... they can be a pain in the ass for landowners (mostly farmers) cause they tear everything up...but they are just fine in any of my cookin ...

I hunt rabbits in the swamp and marsh down here...there is definitly no shortage of um!! Always used a gun though...sometimes over beagles but never with a hawk!! That's awesome!!

Finally bottled up the Mead!!!!! it's goood gooood goood to podnah!!! 16 - 750ml bottles and 2 - 1.5 liter bottles .... also bottled 3 1/2 - 750ml bottles of amerretto that I made from a couple gens of shindig whiskey.. :D

Cooked off the 3rd generation of my Shindig last night... while doing that, made 2 gallons of Amerretto and started 2 quarts of blueberry panty dropper.. :thumbup: got the 4th generation of the coonass shindig started this morning.... mead has another 2 weeks before I rack it over.. can't wait!!!!

will be brewing the second generation of my coonass shindig cuncoction (COB whiskey) tonight... i let the first gen of cernter cuts air for a week... made a big difference!!! :thumbup: the jars on oak smell really good too... they are taking on a nice color and smell.. gonna give it some more time t...

What do you look for in a compound bow? I have several recurves but have never drawn one with pulleys... for me it's all feel... it's easy for some to get hung up on speed because that is mostly what is advertised..but how it feels in my hand and how it feels through the draw cycle and at full draw...
