Are you talking about a wash (with yeast) or just a concentrated sugar solution?

So...I read Tater's thread about changes to the forum. Everything was fine. When I hit 'back', the familiar blue-ishness had been replaced with beige (camel?) and the thread titles weren't properly lined up with the icons on the left. Is this a "change" or is it just me?

There was a keg seat like that in my grandma's basement when I was a kid. Wish I had it now.

Not to mention that boiling will denature any enzymes in the wort that would otherwise continue to work during fermentation.
