As you can see, the still is made from a cooking pot with a copper tube through the top. it appears to be held to the pot with some sort of sealant, hmm, not exacly a good idea. the second big problem i see with the design is he is using a 1/4" tube on a section of his "still". thirdly, there is a piece of plastic hose leading to his collection vessel which is directly in the vapour path. finally, there is no condenser anywhere on this setup, instead he has fixed some copper scrubber to the end of the outlet tube, presumably, he is expecting this to knock down the vapour coming through that tiny 1/4" tube

i have to say i was shocked to see this video. asides from the risk of blowing himself up, i wouldn't like to share a glass of his "product".
i have just looked through a few of his other videos, check out his big still idea. the final condenser is hooked up again, with a 1/4 tube. judging by the size of this boiler (about 20 gallon by the look of it) i would not like to be anywhere near his house when he fires this giant ethanol bomb up.
it never ceases to amaze me that with all the information available on the net, that some people still manage to get it completely wrong. unfortunately in this case it's not just a bad design, it's a potentially lethal design.
