Yep, I'm a newb from NC. I have been reading like crazy the last couple days, so I figured it's time for me to introduce myself.
I have done a single run on a wok-type pot still with very good results. As a result of my results (and the engineer inside of me), I'm ready to step up to a 'real' piece of equipment and make some even better spirits. I am thinking keg-based pot still at the moment. I will continue to read and modify my design over the next few days and post up for a design review. I am very impressed and the skill level and technical know-how of this forum's members. I look forward to learning and (hopefully) contributing.
Another Tar heel. Welcome HH. Have fun and play safe.
