Hi from NSW!

Post by Tugga »

First of all just like to say thanks for all the useful info. I've been reading up on this site for the last year now and finally become a member. I make neutral spirits from turbo yeast using a fractioning column on a 50l keg still witch I made from plans off your site. I am now looking at getting into making my own corn mash and have read a fair bit about it. The only problem I have is that I can't seem to find a boiler that is bigger than 10l, can anyone help with where to find one or what to use as a makeshift one? At the moment I've started to look for another secondhand 50l keg to use as one.

Welcome Tugga!

Are you talking about a BOP (Big Ole Pot)? If so, try any beer making supply. 10 liters = ~2.5 gallons... not very big.... WD
