New to forum
Hello all. I have been cooking for about 5 years off and on, but I am really getting interested. I have made mostly neutral sprits but wanting to experiment more with grains. I constructed an electric 15.5 gal keg and I use a 1.5" copper reflux column with copper structured packing. Will try to upload a pic of column. I enjoy reading the forum, and look forward to getting to know some of you.

Thats a unique design, I assume it works well by the patina on it ...

Have fun n stay safe

Thanks. It will produce 93% the first run consistently, as long as it is slow and steady. (about 3 drips per second)

Welcome, shady...
Nice looking column... Glad to hear that you're getting some decent purity out of it...
Good luck...
