BWB, we really need to hear about your wash, and how much of it you will be putting in the boiler, to be able to answer. If you put 15 gallons of water, or bean soup in there, you will not get much moonshine
Also, it depends upon if you are running wash, or running 'low wines', which are the product of a first quick stripping run.
Also, the calculators pages tater has posted a link to, has MANY calculators, which will tell you what to expect, if you use X amount of water, X amount of sugar, and then later, if you put that wash that is a know ABV (alcohol by volume, which you computed using some other calculators), it tells you what to expect out the back end of the still, running what you have.

As for your distillation run, you get what you get... The calculators are for best guesstimation only... Slow down and take the time to familiarize yourself with all of the calculators just the same...

I really don't believe that this is a genuine question. Surely it couldn't be, could it?????? Maybe it is? <shaking head sadly>
Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
The Reading Lounge AND the Rules We Live By should be compulsory reading
Cumudgeon and loving it.
