Hello folks. I'm Einy (pronounced eye-knee). I have neither still nor fermenting equipment yet, but have spent the last three weeks voraciously consuming the copious quantities of wisdom, good advice, safety rules, recipes, humour, horrendous stories of people using plastics, feuds, drunken mispostings and still-photo p0rn that this splendid place provides. Wonderful stuff.

I pledge faithfully to be a good HD citizen and to eat my greens (and never to use plastics....)

I'm based in NY, NY and my fun little fact is that I used to work for Dia**o, the megalith spirits producer... but not in any production role...

Eventually I would like to have researched enough to build a still suitable for operation in an apartment, probably with a gin basket, as gin is my thing.

Gentlemen,

Thank you for your kind introductions. Rad's equipage has naturally piqued my interest. I think that, plus a cheeky little gin basket might serve my purposes beautifully.
