A beauty that I bet will make some great tasting whiskey. I like old school.

Thank's my corn started to sprout yesterday so I should be able to start fermenting shortly and then try it out. First run will be the first time I've had more than a couple hundred ml to work with. Now I can start to learn how to make cuts. Thanks to you all for the help. I haven't had much direct contact with anyone on here but the info you all have shared is priceless and I will be donating.

You need to do some cleaning runs before you run your corn based wash through it... It's covered in the New Distiller Reading Lounge if you haven't read it already...

I did one run of water until there was clean water coming out. I was wondering if I should do more. I will defiantly read the thread. Thanks for the nudge in the right direction and advice.
