Look at the old man in the photo. He looks like he is in the pic with a deer he just killed. What a shame to arrest a person that has a still of that size. What size do you think it is, 5 gallons. Interesting thing - they had him sign a paper promising to appear in court. Didn't say anything about being arrested or posting bail. Sounds like they're treating it something like a traffic ticket.
