You don't ground it per sey. See Jimbo's diagram for using SRC controllers.

I'd ground the metal housing or anything you could be touching. But then I hate the thought of getting electrocuted... Call me crazy like that.

+1
If it's metal and some one can touch it, Ground it.
The screw on the left of the 4 terminals is were I'd connect the ground wire.

You'll only get something like 1,350 watts running 110. How big is the still?

That screw through the shield is the ideal location for your ground... It will most likely connect directly to the ground plane of the PCB...

Here is the deal: With any electrical device there is the potential for a current carrying conductor to come into contact with something it shouldn't. By definition, the current is always seeking a path to the earth (ground). The grounding conductor in a 3-wire circuit is intended to provide a direct, uninterrupted path to ground for any current that is "out of place" in the circuit, thereby causing a "short" and tripping a ckt breaker. This is considered preferable to a living creature, such as you, providing that path. Therefor, everything made of metal (conductive) in close proximity to electricity MUST be grounded. The screw on the far left of your connection strip is provided to ground the devise.

Don't forget to ground your boiler.

Just for clarity:

Take a piece of bare copper, or green insulated, wire, 6 - 8 inches long. connect one end to the grounding screw on your controller's connector strip. Strip the bare or green conductors out of all cables that enter the box and wire nut them all together with the one to the controller. If the box is metal, screw another ground wire to it and include in the same wire nut. This ensures the uninterrupted path to ground.

Reread the thread. More clarity. Minor point, just for completeness.

If there is a ground plane on the ckt board, it will connect to the neutral wire as a current carrying conductor. The grounding wire is never used to carry current except in the case of a failure.
