Welcome to the forums. A lot of Carolinian's have joined up these past few weeks. My roots are there. I hope you find everything you're looking for. Be sure to do the reading in my signature and also browse the "Tried and True Recipes" section for some fool proof recipes.

Good luck to you and stay safe.

We need more details... Do you mean setting up a still and standing out in the freezing cold...??? Heating with electric, propane, wood, or what...??? The list of questions goes on...

The clearer you are with your question, the better we can provide an answer...

THANXS, Yes setting pot still in the woods and standing out there, heating with propane, running thumper and a worm and getting water to flake stand with a pump the problem I was having was paste would not dry vapor was condensing and keeping it wet around my cap and also I could hear condensed vapor dripping in my thumper.

Yep. Wrap your rig in reflectix to help hold heat if it's real cold. Even around the Cape and cap makes a difference. Cold means using more propane too. Too cold and it won't be worth it. If your flake (Coolin barrel) is big enough, you won't need to worry about circulating for a single run if you're not pushing too hard.

*edit* watch where you set up. If there's snow or ice around your burner, it's gonna melt and run or pool. If it's cold enough it'll freeze up again. Keep in kind where it will flow and freeze up so you can move around without it being slippery and unsafe.
