I WILL let the horse run free after he eats all these grains that the sugars have been removed from!!!

It was a good ride. It was good to be out of the rain !!

He already did ! He called him Horse . Howinell can you get more politicly correct than that ? Last one I rode through the desert got it explained in no uncertain terms ,
"Motherfucker , if you can't find us water I will drink your blood to go a little farther than you do ........ He found water and we both survived the distance ride .

Rad, I have to admit this is the first time I have disagreed with you.... Granted you can "Believe" anything you want, but I am pretty sure wildfire was in Nebraska and the horse with no name was specifically in the "desert"
I believe that it would have been scary as hell to cross that desert in a wagon pre-1900.... no roads, depending on livestock, I drove to California and back in 4 days knowing that I could travel in 10 minutes what a family in a wagon would take all day to do.... Those were some Very Tough Folks back then...

I believe the old man was tough. One of his many stories was walking from northern Saskatchewan (north of Battleford) stump farm to Empress Alberta with his family at the age of 5. (look it up on google maps) a distance of around 300 miles.
I asked him "why?" he said matter of fact "when 15 people had to go somewhere with a two horse wagon, thats what you did...you walked." if i recall he said it took about two weeks and the highlight of the trip was when he found a $2 bill blown up against a fence post, fed the family for the whole trip!
I finally quit drinking for good.

now i drink for evil.
