I can't see the buttons either. I see a pattern here, regular members can't see them but mods and admins can. This sounds like a permission problem in the tried and true recipe section. In fact I cant see the buttons in any thread in that section.

edit; another observation is that the time stamp is off as much as 2 hours, some times, but is on time now. must have a time warp.

I will have to look at it. It is in the tried and true section. I made some forum permission changes the other day (we had guest's with posting permissions in some forums). I think this one got set to read only. I think before, it was a 'custom' setting, and I will have to re-create that.

Users are not allowed to start a thread there, but are allowed to post follow ups. I will have to get that fixed.

Follow up posts should not now be moderated.

What happened, was that some of the newer forums, we had permissions setup wrong, and guest were able to post. What that means is the spamming vermin start posting adds for wow gold, selling dresses, or porn. When I fixed those forum permissions, the T&T section also was suspicious looking (to me when I looked at it). It was not a built in standard 'normal' or 'read only' like many other forums. So, I made it read only, forgetting that it should not have been. T&T is read only for normal users, but has a couple permissions turned on, which allows posting follow ups, etc.
