Good Day from the GWN

Post by MijkV »

GWN = Great White North

I've constructed a 6 gal pot still and have started to make semi-drinkable stuff. I am interested in craft stilling whiskey, rye, rum, brandy, and grappa. Looking forward to the expert advice.
